Pack Leader Plus has 25 acres, a pond, a lake and wildlife that all the clientele has access to. Some dogs that are well trained by their owners and respond well when being called will give Pack Leader, Plus permission to have their dogs be “off leash.”

During the day, Pack Leader Plus will take all the dogs in their care through the woods to include, but not limited to: play, swim, investigate, chase, sniff, potty, run, walk and possibly find other wildlife.

The dogs who are not allowed “off leash” will be leashed to Brooke or Tom and will walk with all the dogs in Pack Leader Plus’ care during the walk/run/hike. They will experience the same walk/hike as the other dogs, however, they will be restrained by their owners leash or a leash from Pack Leader Plus.

As an Owner, it is imperative that you understand the environment and possibilities of injuries; such as, but not exclusive to: broken bones, thorn bushes, sharp rocks/sticks, fencing, wildlife bites, ripped toenails and pads, ticks, bees/wasps, snakes, turkey spurs/beaks, deer hooves/horns, predatory birds, snapping turtles, etc. In the event that an injury may happen, Pack Leader Plus will not be held responsible or liable for any vet bills that will happen.

As an Owner, it is possible that your dog can escape the fenced enclosure, run off during the off leash walk or the collar/leash breaks that they were connected to. They may run off and not come back to Pack Leader, Plus and it’s staff. They can/may run onto a road/street and be hit by on oncoming vehicle and incur physical injuries or death. In the event that this may occur, Pack Leader Plus will not be held responsible or liable for any of the vet bills, medical bills, vehicle damage or any expense related to any accident incurred by the owners dog(s).

All dogs MUST be wearing a collar with identification and a phone number. Dogs will also borrow a tag to wear with Pack Leader, Plus’ name and phone number on it. This tag will be removed when the dog leaves the premises.

This form releases Pack Leader, Plus and it’s Owners from indemnification and liability
