1. Must love dogs, cats, birds, etc, and be athletic to be able to handle heavy exercise and lifting/pulling.
* This is not a job for the weak.
2. Must be a female, due to many dogs are fearful of men.
3. Must have strong work ethic and above normal customer service talent.
4. Must be over 21.
5. Must have clean driving record with a reliable car.
